Request Account Deletion for AVIK

If you would like to delete your AVIK account, please follow the instructions below or contact us directly via email. Upon request, your account and associated data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

Steps to Delete Your Account:

​

1. Open the AVIK app.
2. Go to the Profile section.
3. Select the option for Delete Account .
4. Confirm your choice to proceed with account deletion.

Types of Data Deleted:

 

When you request to delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (e.g., name, email address).

  • Saved payment methods and account preferences.

 

Data Retention Policy:

 

Certain data, such as transaction records, purchase records, will be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with legal requirements (e.g., tax and financial reporting obligations). This retained data is not linked to your personal profile after account deletion.
